Lesson Policies
To ensure that lessons run smoothly and that all students receive consistent, high-quality training, True Craft Academy follows the policies outlined below.

Enrollment in lessons indicates agreement with these policies.
Lesson Format
All lessons at True Craft Academy are:

conducted live online via Zoom

delivered on a piano or keyboard

structured using the True Craft Method Students are expected to attend lessons on time and be ready to begin at the scheduled lesson time
Scheduling
Students are assigned a fixed weekly lesson time, which is reserved exclusively for them each week.
​
Because lesson times are reserved in advance, missed lessons cannot always be rescheduled.
Cancellation
If a student needs to cancel a lesson, at least 24 hours notice is required.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered missed lessons and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduling may be offered when availability allows, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
Late Arrivals
If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time so that other students' lessons are not affected
Tuition
Lessons are offered through monthly study plans, which secure the student's weekly lesson time.
Tuition details and study options are discussed during the consultation.

Tuition is billed monthly in advance.

Payment secures the student’s reserved weekly lesson time.

Failure to maintain payment may result in the loss of the allocated lesson slot.​​
Payment Terms

Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable instrument, a stable internet connection, and a functioning device.

True Craft Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s side.

​​Lessons continue on a weekly basis throughout the month.
If a student is unavailable due to personal commitments or holidays, lessons remain payable as the lesson time has been reserved.
Any planned breaks should be discussed in advance.​​​

​Lessons are not recorded unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Students may not record lessons without prior permission.

Teacher Absence
If the instructor is unable to conduct a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Refund Policy
Tuition fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the academy.
Termination
Students may discontinue lessons by providing notice before the start of the next billing period.
Once a billing period has begun, that month remains payable in full.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Lessons
True Craft Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue lessons at its discretion if a student fails to comply with policies or disrupts the learning environment.
